| 摘 要： | 发展大理州农村经济,是滇西中心城市建设的重要基础。大理州农村经济发展中存在一些问题和制约因素,而深层次的原因在于思想不够解放、体制创新能力弱、资金缺乏等方面。以科学发展观为指导,结合大理州自身的特点和近年经济发展实际,探索农村经济发展思路,为滇西中心城市建设奠定基础,从而更好促进大理州农村经济又好又快发展。
