吉林省农村留守儿童教育问题研究

受城乡差距拉大、社会制度缺陷、农民工生存状况等客观、主观、直接原因的影响，目前吉林省农村留守儿童教育缺失问题相当严重。应从留守儿童的教育状况、留守儿童产生及教育缺失的原因为切入点，制订实施优惠政策的配套措施，彻底打破多年的城乡“二元分治”体制，发挥农村学校教育的关心和监护作用，打开农民工融入城市的大门，办好打工子弟学校，使流入城市的农民工享有与市民平等的权利和社会权益，以彻底妥善解决农村留守儿童问题。

Research on Educational Problem Left-behind Children in Countryside of Jilin province

Due to larger gap between urban and rural areas,deficiency of social system,living condition of migrant workers,the problems of left-behind children's educational deficiency in Jilin are very serious.According to left-behind children's educational situation and the cause of deficiency,the government should formulate and implement supporting measures on favorable policies,thoroughly break the duality system between urban and rural areas,play the concerning and guardian role for the schools themselves,open the door for the migrant workers into the cities,successfully run school for migrant children,make the migrant worker share equal rights and interests with other citizens,and properly solve the problems of left-behind children.
