| 摘 要： | 交易费用范式是新制度经济学的重要分析工具之一。中国服务外包业的发展既有难得的机遇，也面临种种挑战。在交易费用的范式下，中国服务外包业的发展，应通过加强人力的培养，强化政策扶持和服务引导的力度，并增加对其资金的支持，走国际化之路。

| Abstract: | Transaction cost pattern is one of the most important analysis tools of neo institutional economics. China＇s services outsoureing industry now faces rare opportunities as well as various challenges in its development. Under the transaction cost pattern, the development of China＇s services outsourcing industry should take a path of internationalization by strengthening talent-fosterin~ intensifying policy support and service guide as well as increasing financial support. |
