应用RFID技术构建食品安全监督平台

本文主要将国际上流行的RFID射频技术应用在食品安全监督平台的构建。通过对RFID技术的原理阐述和特点分析,说明了其在食品安全中应用的可行性和有效性,并以蔬菜供应链为应用背景阐述如何将RFID技术应用在食品安全监督领域。最后,指出应用RFID技术的前景及存在的困难。

Using RFID Technology to Build Food Safety Supervision Platform

After explaining the importance of food safety,we introduce the application of RFID technology in building the supervision platform of food safety which has been widely used in developed country/area.Through the introduction of RFID working principle and comparison of its features,we demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of RFID＇s application in food safety.Then we study a case that applies RFID technology into food supply chain management,the vegetable supply chain between Shenzhen City and Hong Kong.Finally,we conclude our paper and extend the application into more cases.
