| 摘 要： | 危险货物具有易爆、易燃、毒害、腐蚀、放射性等特性,在运输、装卸和存储过程中,如处理不当容易造成人身伤亡、财产毁损或环境污染,是需要特别防护的货物.近几年,海上危险货物运输呈迅猛发展之势,据海事组织的统计,现有货物的50%以上为危险货物.
