| 摘 要： | 从管理伦理的视角出发，对建筑工程活动的道德因素进行分析，提出建筑管理的伦理原则，伦理底线、伦理目标、伦理手段和伦理监督。自觉运用伦理道德来规范建筑工程活动中管理行为，是促进建筑管理现代化的有效途径。
