| 摘 要： | QFII(合格境外机构投资者制度)制度是一种有创意的资本管制．是一种过渡性制度安排。在分析国内外背景的基础上，结合我国的实际情况阐述了实施QFII的目的，最后在借鉴国际经验的基础上提出了我国实施QFII的应对策略。

| Abstract: | The system of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) is a creative capital surveillance in the process of transitional system arrangement. In this paper, the executive purpose of the QFII is analyzed with the explanation of both foreign and domestic backgrounds, as well as China's current situation. Finally, some strategies on China's execution of QFII are put forward on the basis of introduced international experience. |
