| 摘 要： | 现代企业通过运用价值链管理方法培育和发展企业的核心竞争力,使其在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。基于价值链优化的视角,结合装备工业的特点,提出装备工业管理绩效评价指标体系的评价原则,构建基于价值链优化的装备工业管理绩效评价的指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对黑龙江省装备工业管理绩效进行评价,从理论和实践的结合上论证评价指标体系的科学性和有效性。
