| 摘 要： | 低碳经济已经在我国全面展开，而我国企业对低碳经营的认识还没有上升到战略管理层面，十分不利于企业的发展。文章论述了基于低碳经济进行战略管理创新的必要性和可行性，从战略愿景、战略目标、战略实施和控制等方面提出了将发展低碳经济纳入企业战略管理全过程的对策，以期为企业发展低碳经济提供理论和实践基础。
