| 摘 要： | 我国实施最低工资制度时间较短，与其相关的问题还有待进一步完善。文章从最低工资标准与职工平均工资的比例关系、与城市最低生活保障标准的关系及与收入分配的关系三个方面对我国最低工资制度的实施所产生的社会效果进行了具体的分析。通过对我国实施最低工资制度所产生的社会效果的分析，文章建议应从合理地测算并设定最低工资标准、完善最低工资制度的执行环境和健全最低工资制度的监管体系三个方面，进一步完善我国最低工资制度的实施。
