我国农产品物流现状及其冷链发展对策

文章简要分析了我国农产品物流的现状，指出我国农产品物流行业存在作业粗放、装备简陋、必要环节缺失、损耗大等诸多问题，进而介绍了冷链及冷链物流概念，并根据发达国家冷链物流进展状况，提出我国农产品物流行业应实行商流和物流分离、加强预冷预储环节、提高冷链装备技术水平、完善冷链无缝衔接的规划、培育冷链软环境等。
