| 摘 要： | 制度变迁受制于其主体所处的文化环境和权力结构。文章根据诺斯的制度变迁理论来分析中国金融监管制度变迁的路径依赖现象，发现中国金融监管制度变迁具有强制性、渐进性和滞后性特征，并因路径依赖陷入非效率的锁定状态，文章最后对实现中国金融监管制度变迁路径替代进行探讨。 |

| Abstract: | This paper tries to analyze evolution of China's financial regulatory system under institutional change theory.We find that changes in China financial regulatory system is provided with mandatory,gradualness and hysteretic characteristics,locked into non-efficiency way for path dependence.Then we try to explore alternative paths of China financial regulatory system evolution. |
