| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,国有企业绩效得到了大幅度提升。文章从宏观经济层面的新一轮经济增长所带来的资产增值效应、国家国有资产监督管理体制改革所带来的体制效应、中观层面的国有经济产业布局调整效应、微观层面国有企业本身进行现代企业制度改革的制度效应以及国有企业本身具有的各种资源优势五个方面对其原因进行分析。
