| 摘 要： | 区域行政是地方政府为适应市场经济发展要求而进行的职能创新，其目的是为地方政府间的有效沟通与经济合作提供制度保障。我国区域经济的协调发展客观上要求区域行政运行与之相适应。文章通过对区域行政运行与区域经济协调发展的关系及区域行政运行的主体、客体和内容的分析，认为我国目前促进区域经济协调发展的区域行政应在现行行政基础上，实行“双轨运行、双轮驱动”的模式。
