| 摘 要： | 中国古代的商业伦理体系,形成于商业经济繁荣的明清时期。明清时期的商业伦理,以儒家思想中的"义"与"和"为核心理念,提出了道德规范和职业素质的要求,从而形成完善的商业伦理体系。

| Abstract: | China's ancient business ethics system was formed in the period of Ming and Qing Dynasty when business was booming. The business ethics of this period, with "righteousness" and "harmony" of Confucianism as its kernel belief, laid down the requirement in moral standard and professional quality, thereby forming a perfect system of business ethics. |
