江苏经济发展方式转变与创新经济发展:回顾与展望

改革开放以来,江苏通过发展乡镇企业和开放型经济,成功实现了两次战略转型,经济社会发展跃上了新台阶。然而,后国际金融危机时期,世界经济格局面临重大调整,新一轮产业革命和科技革命加快推进,我国粗放式发展方式难以为继。加快转变经济发展方式,实现创新驱动发展,已成为江苏重大的战略任务。"十一五"期间,江苏在以创新驱动经济发展方式转变的工作上取得了一定的成绩,为"十二五"时期的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。在此背景下,本文将对江苏经济发展方式转变与创新经济发展的成就与未来进行回顾与展望。

Transformation of Economic Development Patterns and Innovation Economic Development in Jiangsu Province

Since the policy of China’s reform and opening up was carried out,Jiangsu province has been developing township enterprises and open economy greatly.Up to now,Jiangsu has achieved two strategic transformationsuccessfully,and the Economic and Social Development has reached a new high.However,the international financial crisis,the world economy situation will face significant adjustments,the new round of the industrial revolution and the scientific revolution will speed up the pace,and the traditional extensive mode of economic growth in China will be unsustainable.Therefore,accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development and realizing the innovation drive development has become the majorstrategic mission to Jiangsu.During the ’eleventh five year plan’,Jiangsu has got certain achievements in the innovation drive economic development mode change work,and laid a good foundation for the further development during the twelfth five-year.Against this background,this paper will review the achievements of transformation of economic development patterns and the innovation economic development,then prospect the future development of Jiangsu.
