| Abstract: | Starting from the legislation standard of collections of voting rights from each country, the paper discusses the following legislative standards' problems: the contents format of the vote book, the subject qualification of collector, collection procedure and information disclosure, it also expounds the case of "the Struggle for Victory Shares". We should perfect the legislation on the collection of shareholders' voting right in China. |
