| 摘 要： | 气垫式皮带机相比托辊式皮带机具有能耗低、运行稳定可靠等优点，但较长距离的气垫式爬坡皮带机长期运行后会出现沿线撒漏料现象，影响作业质量。本文结合气垫式皮带机设计原理和结构，对气垫式爬坡皮带机出现撒漏料的各种原因进行了探索和思考，并作出尝试性的维修解决方案，力求解决这一设备运行难题，力争使气垫式爬坡皮带机撒漏料程度降到最低。

| Abstract: | Air cushion belt conveyor in roller belt machine has the advantages of low energy consumption, stable and reliable running etc. But the longer distance of the air cushion type climbing belt machine in operation for several years after the emergence of along the line and the leaking phenomenon, effect of operation quality. This combination of air cushion belt conveyor design principle and structure, the air cushion type climbing belt machine and material leakage reasons and undertook explore and reflection, and make a tentative repair solution, to solve this one problem in the operation of equipment, and strive to make the air cushion type climbing belt material to minimize leakage |
