目前,我国图书馆人力资源管理尚存在问题。创新图书馆的服务与管理,要用以人为本理念,构造以择优上岗、业绩考评、人员聘用等竞争激励机制为内涵的图书馆人力资源管理新模式。

Abstract:
Problems exist in the contemporary human resource management practices at China's libraries.In order to innovatively restructure libraries' service and administration,it is expected that the values of human capital be emphasized.The employment of performance-based payroll,performance evaluation,and independent contractor is expected to be leading human resource management practices in libraries with the very nature of promoting motivation and competition within organization.
