摘    要:用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定未知镍矿样品中的镍含量,对酸度、分析谱线、检出限等仪器使用参数进行了分析,并且比较了镍矿样品的4种前处理方法。结果表明,样品溶液含酸5%,选择231.604nm谱线测定时,仪器检出限和方法检出限均能满足镍矿中镍含量的测定。4种样品前处理方法中,将难溶滤渣与硫酸氢钾共熔的方法其检测结果准确度和精密度都较高,方法的回收率可以达到95%以上。

Abstract:Nickel in ore samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic spectrometry.The acidity of solution,analytical lines,limitation of the spectrometry and the four methods of preparation of nickel ore samples were discussed.The spectrometry could accurately test nickel in ore samples with 5% acid in the sample solution and the analytical lines of 231.604 nm.The results of ICP-AES analysis showed highly accurate and precise ones when the insoluble residue was melt with potassium hydrogen sulfate.The recovery of this method was above 95%.
