浅析建设工程中造价管理存在的问题及对策

建设工程造价管理一直是广大建筑工作者关注的问题和工作的核心内容.基于我国现阶段工程造价管理存在的弊端,为了更好地对工程造价工作进行科学有效的管理,需要建立一套健全的工程造价管理体系.目前,我国工程造价管理出现了一些新问题,如何采取有效措施,使工程造价管理尽快纳入规范化、系统化、法制化轨道,已是当务之急.本文从项目决策、项目设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算等五个阶段分析工程造价控制中存在的问题,并相应地提出了工程造价控制的对策.在投资决策阶段应做好基础资料的收集;认真做好市场研究;做好方案优化;合理确定评价价格和基准参数.在项目设计阶段应加强对设计单位设计图纸质量的审查;规范设计概算办法;制订设计奖惩制度;制订限额设计标准;推进新成果在工程设计中的应用.
