| 摘 要： | 从改革开放以来,我国对于企业的绩效评价主要都是侧重在工业经济上,基本的考核指标都是生产产值和生产规模以及产品的质量等.在推行承包责任制后主要考核的就是利润的完成情况.而随着我国市场经济体制的进一步发展,开始政企分离后,政府逐渐开始了对于企业的评价体系的建设,考核的指标也不断增多.本文针对烟草商业企业的绩效评价模式进行了深入的探析.
