| 摘 要： | 县域经济是指在县域内以城镇为中心,以农村为基地,各种经济成分有机构成的一种区域性经济,它是国民经济的重要组成部分.党的十七大进一步明确提出壮大县域经济.因此,正确认识县域经济发展问题,对实现全面建设小康社会和解决三农问题都有重要的意义.
