| 摘 要： | 随着住房公积金资金规模日益扩大,逐渐在管理体制和管理模式上暴露出诸多弊端,如何促进住房公积金制度健康、稳定、持续发展,建立与之相适应管理模式,已成为急待解决的问题.本文通过对不同管理模式的对比评析,并借鉴新加坡中央公积金制度管理的成功经验,结合住房公积金的管理原则和发展现状,对住房公积金管理模式进行探索与创新,将对完善住房公积金制度、推动资金有效运营,维护缴存职工利益等方面起到积极作用.
