| 摘 要： | 老干部工作是党的干部工作的重要组成部分,是一项政治性、政策性都比较强的工作。做好老干部工作,事关改革发展和社会稳定大局,如何从政治上、生活上更好地关心和照顾老同志,充分发挥他们的积极作用,这是新形势下老干部工作的重要课题。文章通过充分认识老干部工作的重要性、增强自身工作能力、将老干部政策落实到位、把服务工作做细做扎实等几个方面进行分析,以期更好地做好新形势下的老干部管理与服务工作。

| Abstract: | The work about old cadres as an important part of cadre work of CPC is based on politics and policy.How to deal with work about old cadres is related to Chinese reform,development and social stability.Hence,how to take care of old cadres in politics and life and bring their initiative into full play is a new project in new situation.The paper analyzes the importance of the work about old cadres and stresses that to enhance work ability,adhering to old cadre policy and good service can cope with the work well. |
