SoC技术及其相关问题的探讨

摘    要:
为探索SoC关键技术及其发展趋势,从SoC的发展、应用领域、相关关键技术及其系统设计方法学等方面进行了研究和探讨,结果表明深亚微米技术、IP核技术、软硬件协同设计技术、相关设计方法学是其发展的关键,并展望了材料、制备等方面的新技术。SoC是反映一个国家的核心技术,是一项综合的系统工程,值得深入探索研究。

Abstract:
To explore the key technologies of SOC and its development trend,this paper researches the development of SOC,application area and relevant key technologies and its system design methodology.The result indicates that the several key technologies of SOC including very deep sub-micro technology,IP core technology,software/hardware co-design technology,and the system design methodology are crucial for its development.The related new technologies of materials and preparion are described as well.The SOC technology is an integrated systems engineering which shows one country’s core technology,and deserves more exploration and research.
