| 摘 要： | 随着银行业务的国际化,银行系统风险不断增加。巴塞尔银行监管委员会总结经验教训逐渐建立起并 表监管体系。有效实施并表监管,必须对跨国银行各组成部分的具体监管责任进行划分,并统一母国与东道国的监 管标准。

| Abstract: | With the internationalzation of bank affairs, the risk existing in bank system is increasing. The supervision committee in Barsell banks establishes general supervision system. The effective implementation of it should make all branches’ duty clear and unify the supervision standard for both parent country and host country. |
