| 摘 要： | 现代服务业是城市现代化的重要标志和现代经济的一个重要经济增长点。本文从区域投资环境的基本理论着手,构建福建设区市现代服务业投资环境的综合评价指标体系,应用主成分分析法,对福建设区市现代服务业投资环境进行聚类分析,得出福建设区市现代服务业投资环境可以分为良好、中等、偏差三种类型,并对这三种类型投资环境进行分析,在此基础上,依据聚类分析类型,提出福建设区市现代服务业投资环境的优化思路。

| Abstract: | Modern service industry is an important symbol of city's modernization and a growth pole of modern economy.This article deals with the system of comprehensive evaluation of sports based on the basic theory of regional investment,through the cluster analysis of the service investment environment by means of principal component analysis.It came to a conclusion that the prefecture city service investment environment falls into three categories——good,medium and discrepancy.Based on the analysis of the three kinds of environment and in way of cluster analysis,the article put forth optimized mentality of modern service investment environment. |
