黄河三角洲地区战略性新兴产业培育与发展的实证研究

黄河三角洲作为后发展地区以传统,资源型产业为主,知识和创新资源相对匮乏、受资源和环境约束强,如何培育和发展战略略性新兴产业成为摆在建设者的一个挑战。在分析黄河三角洲传统产业现状的基础上,从国家产业政策导向、区域产业现有基础和能力和区域经济社会现实需求三个维度,选择设计战略性新兴产业的指标,基于黄河三角洲地区的统计数据,实证揭示该地区基于传统产业转型升级的基础上孕育、催生战略性新兴产业的路径。

An Empirical Study of the Nurturing and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in the Yellow River Delta

Yellow River Delta as a post-developing area mainly has the traditional resource-based industries, the relative lack of knowledge and innovation resources, subject to resource and environmental constraints. How to nurture and develop strategic emerging industries becomes a challenge in face of the builders. Based on the analysis of the status of the traditional industries of the Yellow River Delta, from the three dimensions of the national industrial policies, the existing infrastructure of the regional industrial capacity and regional economic and social reality demand, indicators of strategic emerging industries are chosen and designed. By means of statistical data of the Yellow River Delta, empirical study reveals the path to gestation, the birth of strategic emerging industries based on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
