发电装机容量与发电量关系研究

摘    要:报告分析了当前我国新增发电装机容量保持9 000万kW以上的较高规模,而发电设备利用小时却趋于上升的现象,认为由于发电装机结构的变化以及电源建设步伐的放缓,需要通过提高发电设备利用小时来满足提高电力需求的增长。文章提出了有效装机容量的概念,认为电源结构调整尤其是火电比重的明显下降,削弱了装机的有效容量,是导致我国电力供需形势趋紧的重要原因。

Abstract:The paper shows that the annual utilization hours of power generation capacity rises while the increased installed-capacity keeps over 90GW annually,and attributes the phenomenon to installation's restructuring and the slower growth of installed capacity,which lead to the increasing annual utilization hours to meet the growth of electricity demand.It still proposes the concept of "Effective Power Generation Capacity",which is lower than actual installation because of the decreasing ratio of thermal power units,and that is an important cause of tight power demand and supply.
