| Abstract: | Higher vocational education focuses on cultivation of senior technicians with high skills and expert level technicians. As blood and soul of a nation, culture is leading higher vocational education in talent cultivation. This paper, from inner side of culture and basic factors of culture, puts forward suggestions of building college culture by leadership＇s culture awareness and teacher culture. |
