| 摘 要： | 松花江污染事件造成的损害是无法估量的。此次污染事件在一定程度上折射出我国环境保护立法在处理水污染事故方面,至少存在着四个方面的不足,因此,我国环境保护立法应根据这四个方面的缺陷,采取相应的法律对策。
