| 摘 要： | 中国进出口银行自1994年成立以来,为实施“走出去”战略做出了积极的贡献。目前,进出口银行办理的与境外投资相关的业务,规模还比较小,针对我国出口信贷中存在的问题,结合出口信贷的国际发展趋势,进出口银行应抓住机遇完善配套法规,大力发展买方信贷,强化出口信用保险业务,增强对出口的支持力度。

| Abstract: | China Export-&-Import Bank plays an important role in the implement of the "Going-out-for-globalization" strategy, however, its relevant business in overseas investment is modest. The paper discusses the problems and their countermeasures in the "Going-out-for-globalization" strategy for pushing forward the enterprises' development. |
