缩短烘梗丝机的空运转时间

为解决烘梗丝机在预热时间和叶组间隔时间内不能停机而导致空运转的问题,对该设备的自动控制系统进行研究和改进,将该设备的控制与前端设备喷射管式加温加湿机的预热控制分开,增加了叶组间启停控制,并在操作面板上设置相应操作按钮。实际运行表明,在保证工艺要求且不影响其它设备正常运转的前提下,烘梗丝机预热时间减少约20分钟,且在叶组间隔时可进行停机,使该设备的空运转时间由原来50.1分钟/天降到5.9分钟,降低了能源消耗。

To solve the problem of idle running of baking peduncle silk machine in preheating period and group interval when it can not stop, study and improve the automatic control system of the equipment, separate the controlling to this equipment and the preheat controlling of heating humidifying machine of bead-end equipment injection pipe to strength interval controlling between groups, set corresponding operation buttons in operation panel. Actual operation shows that under the premise of ensuring technical requirements and other equipment＇s proper operation, the preheating time of baking peduncle silk machine reduces about 20 minutes, the machine can stop at intervals and the idle running time of the equipment reduced to 5.9 minutes from 50.1 minutes/day, reducing energy consumption.
