广西民族贫困山区农民工返乡创业行为影响因素分析

利用广西民族贫困山区2264位返乡农民工调查数据，通过Logistic回归模型分析了影响农民工返乡创业的主要因素，结果显示，农民工年龄、对返乡创业政策了解程度、参加创业培训意愿、技能掌握状况、对待创业风险的态度和创业动机强度等是影响广西民族贫困地区农民工返乡创业的主要因素。从政策层面提出了加强信贷支撑、完善创业补贴政策、加强培训力度，提升服务意识，扩大创业优惠政策影响力，培育、扶持、壮大广西农民工创业队伍。

Influencing Factors on the Entrepreneurship Behavior of Migrant Workers in Guangxi Poor Minority Mountain Regions
