浅议水利工程施工成本的控制问题

水利工程施工企业施工阶段的成本控制是一个非常复杂的问题,涉及的内容很多。施工阶段的成本控制是施工企业能否有效进行项目成本控制的关键。但目前我国施工企业在施工阶段的成本控制中还存在许多问题。针对于这些问题,本文提出了施工阶段成本控制的方法。在阐述施工成本的组成及控制的基础上,分析了水利工程施工成本控制的主要问题,并提出了水利工程施工各阶段的成本控制对策,为水利工程施工提供了一定看法。

Cost control is a very complex issue in the construction phase for the water conservancy construction enterprise which involves many contents.The cost control in the construction phase is the key for construction enterprises effectively control project cost control.But now,there are still many problems in the cost control during the construction phase for Chinese construction enterprises.Targeted at these problems,the cost control method in the construction phase is proposed.On the basis of elaboration on the composition and control of construction costs,it analyzes the main problems in the hydraulic construction cost control and proposes control measures in the various stages of water project construction in order to provide a certain view of hydraulic engineering construction.
