农业科研投资主体优化探析

各地区的市场开放度决定了农业科研投资所产生的社会福利由谁获得,在我国农业科研投资大部分的好处被非农消费者所占有。因此,政府应进一步稳定自己在农业科研投资中的主体地位,同时按各地区市场情况做好引导私人投资或是加强对落后地区农民扶持这两方面的工作,农业科研投资主体的多元化也应该是充分考虑资源优化配置的多元化,应尽量避免全国不分地区现实条件的统一模式。
