Design of the Coordination Mechanism in SCM

This presentation points out that the coordination is the core subject of SCM at first.Then,it detailedly discusses the theory background of the coordination mechanism and describes it in formalization based on Game Theory and theory of mecha-nism design.After that,the presentation indicates that the idea and methods of designing coordination mechanism and that principle-agent theory is one theoretical tool of great importance used to it.
