外籍人士对上海外语服务满意度调查分析

上海作为一个国际化大都市，其人口也呈现“国际化”特征。尤其是在2010年世博会期间，上海将迎来7000多万国内外游客。为外国宾客提供既满足需求又符合上海国际化形象的优质服务，外语服务的满意度至关重要。为此，我们开展了在沪外籍人士对上海若干服务行业的外语服务满意度的社会调查，并利用SPSS软件对调查数据进行了统计分析，给出在沪外籍人士对上海不同行业外语服务的满意度，提出了改进建议。

Investigation and Analysis of Satisfaction Degree Among Expatriates to Foreign Language Service in Shanghai

Shanghai as an international metropolis, its population is also presented to ＂internationalize＂ feature. Especially during the 2010 World Expo, Shanghai will receive more than 7000 million domestic and foreign tourists. In order to provide both for foreign guests to meet the demand and consistent with the image of Shanghai international serv- ices, degree of satisfaction with the services of foreign language is essential. Therefore, we have carried out the social surveys on degree of satisfaction with the services of foreign language for foreigners in Shanghai. Through analyzing the survey data using SPSS software, we give different degrees of satisfaction among foreigners to foreign language services of different services in Shanghai. Last, we give some improvement suggestions.
