从信息网络传播权看中国期刊数字化出版

版权概念已深入人心。但随着经济社会的发展,中国现有版权立法的不完善所带来的问题逐一浮出水面。国家必须进一步改进完善与著作权相关的法律法规,同时,也需要广大的公民、组织等了解学习《著作权法》等法律法规,用法律来捍卫自己的合法权利。通过阐述国内期刊出版业的现状及面临的数字化出版问题,针对当前国内期刊社如何冲破数字化版权及数字化出版瓶颈提出了相应见解。

Discussion on Digital Publication of China Journal Based on Information Network Transmission Right

The concept of copyright has been enjoyed popular support.But with the development of society and economy,problems arising from China＇s imperfect copyright legislation emerged.The nation must further improve and perfect related laws and regulations of the copyright,at the same time,broad citizens and organizations need to learn laws and regulations,such as ＂The Law of Copyright＂,to defend themselves with the lawful rights.Through expounding the current situation of domestic journals and digital publication,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions in view of the current problems of domestic digital copyright.
