中美知识产权服务贸易发展战略研究

知识产权是影响中美经贸关系健康发展的焦点问题之一,知识产权服务贸易是中美双边服务贸易的重要组成部分,体现了中美参与全球价值链分工的地位以及国际贸易利益分配格局。本文对中美知识产权服务贸易相关指标开展比较分析,提出在当前贸易摩擦背景下应推动中美在知识产权领域达成更多共识,进一步优化我国知识产权服务贸易发展的制度政策环境,加强知识产权服务贸易的统计监测与评价分析,加大知识产权密集型服务业的开放力度,全方位推动知识产权贸易健康发展。

Study on Development Strategies of Service Trade in Intellectual Property between China and the United States

The intellectual property is one of the focus issues that influence the healthy development of China-US economic and trade relations, and the service trade in intellectual property is an important part of the bilateral service trade between both nations and reflects the positions of both nations in the global division of value chain and the pattern of interest distribution in the international trade. This paper will perform a comparative analysis of the indicators related to the China-US service trade in intellectual property and contends that both nations should arrive at more consensuses in the area of intellectual property in the context of current trade friction. On this basis, this paper suggests further optimizing China’s policy and institutional environment for developing the service trade in intellectual property, and strengthening statistics, monitoring and assessment in relation to the service trade in intellectual property. Also, this paper suggests enlarging the opening up of the IP-intensive service sectors and propelling the healthy development of the service trade in intellectual property.
