摘    要:本文简要介绍了企业质量经营的概念、特征和作用,提出了构建以面向内部全过程的无缺陷质量管理为出发点,以面向外部顾客满意的质量营销为目标,以面向员工以人为本的质量文化为主导的全方位企业质量经营战略的思路。

Abstract:This paper introduces briefly about the concept, feature and role of enterprise quality management. Then it puts forward the thought of founding all-directional enterprise quality management strategy, whose starting point is flawless quality management in internal whole course, and goal is quality sale for external customer satisfaction, as well as leading is anthropocentric quality culture facing employee.
