经济增长与环境污染关系的实证研究——以江苏省为例

利用1990-2006年江苏省时间序列数据,通过构建污染方程和产出方程的模型来研究经济增长与环境污染之间的相互关系。研究发现:江苏省的经济增长主要是依靠固定资产投入和出口来拉动的;江苏省的经济增长会带来环境的恶化,而依靠环境投入对经济增长的拉动作用却是很小的,这表明依靠牺牲环境为代价来促进经济增长是不可取的,对此提出了相应的政策建议。

Empirical Research on the Relationship between Economic Growth and Environment Pollution: the Case of Jiangsu Province

This paper constructs the pollution and output equation to research into the relation- ship between economic growth and environment pollution in Jiangsu Province based on the time series data of 1990-2006.
