| Abstract: | From the origin of public interest principle in the legislation and its practice of the status quo,this pa-per explores the essence of public interest principle from different perspectives,and then finds out the public interest principle in the implementation of anti-dumping measures.It is good for improving anti-dumping laws,perfecting the legal system,correctly applying public interest principle in anti-dumping practices,and maintaining the social and na-tional benefit. |
