“企业文化”课程思政的教学实践

课程思政是落实习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述的教育实践。首先介绍“企业文化”课程思政的建设背景。然后提出深入挖掘“企业文化”课程思政元素,如中国在世界经济地位中的提升,中华优秀传统文化,中国在国际外交舞台上的自信等。最后提出实施课程思政的反思与改进,主要是用“四有”好老师的标准严格要求自己,要有理想信念,有道德情操,有扎实学识,有仁爱之心。

Research on the Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Courses of Corporate Culture

Ideological and political education is the practice of implementing general secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education.This paper first introduces the background of ideological and political construction of corporate culture course,and then puts forward the elements of in-depth exploration of ideological and political of corporate culture course,such as China’s promotion in the world economic status,China’s excellent traditional culture,China’s confidence in the international diplomatic arena,etc.At last,this paper puts forward the reflection and improvement of the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education.Teachers should use the standard of“Four Haves”to strictly require themselves,that is,they should have ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence.
