| 摘 要： | 文章对石油天然气产业的产业成长模式、企业规模、产品规模、资产管理水平以及技术水平等方面与国外进行了比较分析。分析认为,要推动我国石油天然气产业成长,就必须调整产业结构,优化资源配置,提升下游产品的加工生产能力;优化产业布局,加速产业集聚,依托油气生产建设石油装备制造基地;进一步加强技术创新活动,充分发挥技术溢出效应对油气资源产业发展的支撑作用。
