影响我国“十二五”期间房价的诸因素博弈

我国房地产业在"十一五"期间的五年多时间里,经历了调控到扶持,再到调控的跌宕起伏,但房价却一路上涨。2010年政府为"遏制"房价疯涨势头,综合运用政治经济等手段,调控房价,但时至今日房价仍在高位运行,而政府的调控力度也在不断加强,调低房价的决心似乎很大。但影响我国"十二五"期间房价运行的诸因素依然存在,房价仍将会在诸因素的博弈下继续呈现"螺旋式"上升。
