略论国资委监管下的大型国有企业内部法律事务

作为市场经济的主体，企业内部诸多事务都离不开法律的框架，学法、懂法、守法是企业经营管理的基础。为了促进国有企业依法经营管理，防范法律风险，国务院国资委要求大型国有企业应该设立内部法律事务机构，配备具有执业资格的专门法律事务人员。根据企业内部法律事务工作的难度、重要程度以及对企业中心工作的参与程度，企业法律事务工作可分为几个层次，层层相连，构筑起坚固的法律风险防线。当前尤其要注重建立风险控制机制和内控审查流程。
