| Abstract: | The article sums up the work done in 2008 and analyzes the situation our railway industry are facing with and identifies the key tasks in 2009 by mobilizing all staff to open minds,explore and innovate by capturing the historical opportunity to accelerate the reform and development of railways and pushes up the harmonious railway construction, thus providing reliable guarantee for the rapid and sound development of national economy. |
