| Abstract: | Supply chain management is the effective way to adapt the market competition,obtain competence of electric power enterprise.During the reformation of electric power market,combining the characteristics of supply chain of electric power industry puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving organization structure design,introducing and cultivating supply chain management persons,quickening the building of enterprise's information,building strategic cooperation system,and so on. |
